Blackburn Rovers are pricing defender Scott Dann out of a move away.

The Daily Mail says Dann is a shock target for Dutch champions Ajax who want the defender on loan.

The 25-year-old centre back had a £6m buy-out clause inserted into his contract when he moved to the Lancashire club in 2011.

That sort of fee put off Southampton and Reading earlier in the summer, and it seems Ajax too, who want a temporary arrangement.
