Bosnia international striker Vedad Ibisevic is wanted by Everton and Blackburn Rovers.

The Mirror says Everton boss David Moyes sent his top spy to watch Hoffenheim hit-man Ibisevic make his comeback from a thigh injury at the weekend - although he only played for half an hour as a substitute.

Ibisevic was set to sign for Steve Kean's Rovers in the last window but doubts about his fitness scuppered the deal.

But Blackburn will renew their interest when the market re-opens.
