Blackburn Rovers boss Jon Dahl Tomasson insists there's no plans to cut short the loan of Leicester City striker George Hirst.

Hirst has struggled so far this season at Ewood Park, with suggestions that he could return to City before going elsewhere.

Rovers can't cancel the loan, so the decision rests with City.

Tomasson said: “At the moment there's a lot of rumours (about Hirst). I can't say more about it.

"At the moment, yes (he's in my plans)."
