Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean feels Wolves have taken a huge gamble sacking Mick McCarthy.
While Blackburn have kept faith with Kean throughout a turbulent campaign, Wolves owner Steve Morgan decided to end McCarthy's five-and-a-half year reign last month.
"Terry (Connor) was a part of that and when they were doing the interviews he was probably thinking he would be leaving as well then it turned around.
"They may be a little bit fragile though (after the Fulham defeat) and if we can get the first goal we will make it tough for them."Kean said: "I think changing a manager late is always a gamble and that is up to the owners of the club to look at it. Mick will be gutted because I'm sure he will be confident he could have turned it around.
