Blackburn Rovers boss Mark Hughes is not overly keen to send striker Maceo Rigters away on-loan.
The Lancashire Evening Telegraph says Hughes is not believed to be interested in sending out the 23-year-old at the moment, especially with another striker, Paul Gallagher, currently on loan at Preston.
