Blackburn Rovers are on the verge of capturing AS Monaco defender Cedric Mongongu.
The Lancashire club have reportedly agreed a fee with the French outfit for the 22-year old DR Congo international.
Monaco have accepted a bid of between £2million and £2.5million, however, a deal is still to be sorted out as Mongongu is yet to discuss personal terms with the Rovers.
