Birmingham City striker Rowan Vine has extended his stay at QPR for another two months.

The hitman's initial loan deal expired on Saturday evening, but Rangers have reached agreement with the Midlands outfit to extend his stay at Loftus Road up to the end of January 1.

Rangers new boss Luigi De Canio told the club's official website: "I am very happy that we have managed to extend Rowan's loan deal.

"I've been very impressed with his contribution so far and he is a great asset for us.

"His enthusiasm and professionalism is very good and I am looking forward to working with him in the months ahead."
