Birmingham City boss Alex McLeish is delighted with the form of summer signing Barry Ferguson.
The Scot was again outstanding in Brum's 0-0 draw with FA Cup opponents Nottingham Forest on the weekend.
"He's a leader," said Alex McLeish, the Birmingham City manager. "He's been captain of Rangers for 10 years, captain of Blackburn, captain of Scotland. All of his experience comes to the fore.
"He's enjoying his football. It's a happy dressing room and players tend to play better in that atmosphere. Barry's brought a lot to the team, he makes us play."
