West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic reserved special praise for youngster Edimilson Fernandes following the 2-1 EFL Cup win over Chelsea on Wednesday night.
The 20-year-old, who signed for the London club for £5.5million from Swiss club FC Sion in the summer, scored the second goal for the hosts in the fourth-round win with a lovely effort from outside the area.
The Croatian manager expressed surprise at how quickly the youngster has integrated into his first-team.
"He is very young and he's relatively unknown in England," said Bilic.
"I would be lying if I said I expected him to break into the side so quickly.
"He presents himself very well in training and he is a very talented player who needs to keep working hard.
"He has got everything; stamina, he has got technique and skill and a good football brain and he should bring us a him a lot of qualities."
