AC Milan patron Silvio Berlusconi is ready to sell a significant share in the club.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Berlusconi is in talks with Gazprom from Russia over selling a 20-30 per cent stake in Milan.

Berlusconi hopes to raise around €180 million from the sale and hand a significant proportion to the football department to strengthen the squad.

With the new cash injection, Milan chiefs will revive talks with Wolfsburg for striker Edin Dzeko.
