AC Milan are tipped to be sold to Chinese investors in the coming days. It emerged yesterday that Berlusconi, thanks to leaks from private meetings, had spoken of selling "75 per cent" of Milan to a "Chinese" group.
The agreement is now done, though they "still need a few months to polish the details".
The sale is expected to be worth €1 billion and Berlusconi has secured a guarantee that daughter Barbara will remain as CEO.
It's also claimed "the interest of the Chinese would be strongly supported by the Chinese government with a central role in the operation of the Prime Minister".
However, last night, through Ansa, Milan sources insisted: "There is no negotiation for the sale and transfer of Milan. Sources close to Berlusconi clarify that there is no negotiations."
