Inter Milan great Beppe Bergomi says they should sell Christian Eriksen and move for Parma attacker Gervinho.

Former Arsenal winger Gervinho came close to signing for Inter over the summer and remains on the Nerazzurri's radar.

Bergomi is backing the move and says Eriksen should also be ushered out the exit door.

He told TMW: "I have never been an admirer of Eriksen: watching Tottenham I would have taken Kane or Son straight away, while on others I would have fought more. There was a market opportunity but it ended up putting the coach in trouble.

"With (Alexis) Sanchez having physical problems, this team needs fast players, and if I have to catch a striker I'm going to pick him up fast. One is Gervinho.

"If I had to choose, I would take a fast forward."
