Sunderland striker Darren Bent admits it was a disappointed dressing room after their 2-2 draw at Blackburn Rovers.
Bent struck both of Sunderland's goals at Ewood Park.
He told safc.com: "We would have probably taken a point before the game but at the end of the game we were left disappointed after our performance.
"We know if we can keep going and produce what we did in the second half not many teams can live with us.
"We need to get over the away form and I'm sure once we get that win we'll be fine, but we can take positives from today."
