Darren Bent admits new manager Harry Redknapp's arrival has lifted everyone at Tottenham.
Bent, who scored his fifth of the season when he netted from the spot against Bolton, said: "It was almost like a first day at school because all the players wanted to impress him (Redknapp), and we did that with a good win.
"It was difficult circumstances in which to go into a game having only found out the night before what had happened.
"But sometimes you've got to move forward if things aren't working and Harry's come in and had an instant impact.
"It's always nice to get on the pitch and get a goal, but the main thing was that the team won."
