Chelsea boss Rafa Benitez admits they've missed John Terry's leadership.
Terry, 32, has not started a first-team game since being carried off with damaged knee ligaments in the 1-1 draw with Liverpool on November 11.
He has since managed 45 minutes for Chelsea's Under-21 team and 10 minutes in last week's 4-0 win at Stoke and is short of match fitness.
But boss Benitez, who has won just two of his seven home games in charge, said: "We have many players with experience but that doesn't mean you are a leader. So it helps to have people with John's mentality."
