Benfica striker Oscar Cardozo has turned down an offer from West Ham United.
TMW says West Ham have made an approach to the Paraguay international, but were rejected by his representatives.
The Hammers had lodged a €10 million bid with Benfica.
Meanwhile, West Ham are expected to complete the signing of Pachuca striker Enner Valencia today after his arrival in London over the weekend.
