Benfica running out of money for Everton target Reyes
Benfica are struggling to find an agreement with Atletico Madrid over Jose Antonio Reyes.
A Bola says Benfica are running out of funds to sign the Spaniard after deals for Real Madrid striker Javier Saviola and River Plate's Radamel Falcao.
Reyes may be forced to start preseason training with Atletico, though Everton have been linked with the ex-Arsenal man.

Benfica FC, don't do drugs mate they are very bad for you !!! Atletico Madrid own reyes they are intitled to a transfer fee... you imbecil !!!! How would you feel if the Benfica players just walked out without a fee ??? Not that any club would want them !!! And as for fredy Adu you are right there will be headlines :: YES !!! Reyes wants to stay in lisbon but Atletico Madrid wants him back so they are giving Benfica a hard time with the transfer fee. I beleive Reyes will stay in Benfica and win the Portuguese League as well as the Europa League this season.

This article is incorrect !!!!!!!!!!! Benfica is not running out of money, Benfica ran out of money years ago !!!! The majority of players they sign are financed by investors who own the majority of the players rights !! The idea being ofcourse that they sell them on for a profit, unfortunately for these so called "investors" there has not been much of market for benfica players in the last few years.....oh well, it's their money !
