Manchester United left-back Alvaro Fernandez could be heading to Portugal imminently.
The 20-year-old is the subject of serious transfer interest from Portuguese giants Benfica.
Record in Portugal and Fabrizio Romano state that a deal is all but closed between all parties.
Fernandez will break his loan deal with Granada in La Liga, enabling him to leave United permanently.
The Red Devils are happy to sell him for a reasonable fee, as he is not in the first team picture at present.
Fernandez could sign for Benfica in the coming hours, shortly after they secured Marcos Leonardo.
