Middlesbrough midfielder Gaston Ramirez is a target for Benfica.

The former Southampton star rocked the boat when he handed in a transfer request during the January window.

And Ramirez remains keen on leaving Middlesbrough following the club's relegation from the Premier League.

Liverpool and Leicester were both linked with the Uruguayan playmaker last winter.

But TMW says Benfica want to bring Ramirez to Portugal this summer.
