Wolves are in talks with Benfica over the future of Goncalo Guedes.
The Portugal striker moved on-loan to Benfica in January, with the deal not including a permanent option.
O Jogo says Wolves are seeking to sell Guedes this summer as he is not in manager Julen Lopetegui's plans.
However, Benfica would prefer a new loan into next season and are beginning to convince Wolves about their plan.
Benfica argue Wolves have a better chance of getting full value for money if Guedes was to spend a full season in Portugal before being put up for sale next summer.
While Wolves' priority is a sale, Benfica's argument is being considered.
