Belgium coach Roberto Martinez admits he may rest his best players for their final World Cup group game with England.
The Red Devils all but confirmed qualification for the knockout stages with their 5-2 victory over Tunisia, which featured braces for both Chelsea star Eden Hazard and Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku.
"If we could have seven days to prepare for that game and then another seven days before the following game then we would start with the same starting XI," said the former Wigan and Everton manager.
"The reality is that we have qualified - you are only as good as the 23 players. There will be opportunities for others. We need to check the injury doubts Lukaku, Hazard and (Dries) Mertens.
"I will make major changes to the team for the England game."
