Former Manchester United and Real Madrid star David Beckham has expressed an interest in playing for Great Britain in next summer's London Olympics. The veteran is currently plying his trade in the MLS but has one eye on playing his part in next year's highly-anticipated Olympics, even though he will be 37.
"I think it's something I'd like to be involved in as a player," said Beckham.
"But we'll have to wait and see what happens, as it's still a year away yet.
"I feel good in games and I feel as if I'm still performing well. I'll enjoy the rest of this season. You know we're only five games in."
