Bayern Munich defender Holger Badstuber has had a pop at Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.
Badstuber admits he enjoys more the man-management of current Bayern coach Carlo Ancelotti.
He managed just 25 appearances under Guardiola and told Sky Deutschland: "Surely it is a good feeling when the coach is interested.
"With Pep, it was different. Since I had to approach him.
"If I wanted an exchange, I'd look for it."
On Ancelotti, Badstuber added: "The current coach is looking for an exchange with the players, it's a back and forth, and that's good."
