Bayern Munich sports chief Hasan Salihamidzic has again admitted his admiration for Harry Kane.

The Tottenham striker has been linked with Bayern as a replacement for Robert Lewandowski after his summer move to Barcelona.

Kane has a deal to 2024 and it's been suggested Bayern will seek to buy the England captain next summer.

Salihamidzic said today: “He's a player who plays for Tottenham.

"I don't like to talk about those who play elsewhere."

But he added that Kane "is one of the best strikers in the world".
