Bayern Munich chief exec Jan-Christian Dreesen concedes they must fight to keep hold of Jamal Musiala.
The midfielder has suspended new contract talks this season amid interest from Manchester City and Liverpool. Musiala is contracted to 2026.
Dreesen accepts interest will always exist for the 20 year-old.
He said, "Jamal is already a fantastic football player. He has incredible talent and so many opportunities to improve. We would do well to keep him with us for as long as possible."
Dreesen also commented on Manuel Neuer's future.
"He should play now and then be able to think about it. As long as he meets our level, there's nothing wrong with the extension."
