Bayern Munich chief exec Jan-Christian Dreesen has announced Thomas Tuchel's departure.
It's been agreed the Bayern coach will leave the job at the end of the season.
Dreesen said: "During an open and in-depth discussion we came to the decision to mutually terminate our employment relationship in the summer.
"Our aim is to pursue a new football direction with a new coach for the 2024/25 season.
"Until then, every individual at the club is expressly invited to achieve the maximum possible in the Champions League and Bundesliga. Also in this sense I explicitly hold the team responsible. In particular in the Champions League, after losing 1-0 in the first leg at Lazio, we are convinced that we will reach the quarter-finals with a packed Allianz Arena and with our fans following us."
