Bayern Munich's board have drawn a line through Jose Mourinho's candidacy.
Bayer Leverkusen coach Xabi Alonso is generally considered to be Bayern's preferred solution as Thomas Tuchel steps down at the end of the season.
Not so, apparently, for José Mourinho. According to Sky Deutschland, the Portuguese veteran, who has also been mentioned at Säbener Straße in recent weeks, is currently not an issue for Uli Hoeneß, Max Eberl and Co.
The appointment of The Special One, who was sacked by AS Roma in mid-January, is not currently under discussion.
Xabi's agents have already held a round of talks with Bayern. Brighton manager Roberto de Zerbi is also being mentioned as an option.
