Bayern boss Guardiola not in the mood to talk about Man City

Pep Guardiola is remaining fully focused on Bayern Munich as he prepares his side for the Champions League Round of 16.

The German giants take on Italian champions Juventus in the first leg in Turin on Tuesday in what is the Spaniard's first European game since announcing he will become Manchester City's manager at the end of the season.

Guardiola is yet to clinch the Champions League since taking over at the Allianz Arena in 2013 and many feel his time in Bavaria could be perceived as a failure if he fails to lift Europe's premier club trophy - something he is striving to do prior to focusing his attention on City - but something that will not determine his legacy in Munich.

"This is not the time or the place to talk about Manchester City," Guardiola said at his pre-match press conference.

"I am not dependent on winning the Champions League. My time at Bayern Munich will have been amazing anyway.

"I came to Germany with my family to learn a new language and a new culture and we are moving for another challenge. It has been a great experience."
