Bayer Leverkusen are eyeing West Ham fullback Vladimir Coufal.

Bayer are in the market for a new fullback signing and Coufal is on their radar.

Sky Deutschland says Bayer are considering Coufal, who is off contract at the end of this season.

A delegation from Leverkusen is due to visit London at the end of the week to sound out West Ham about a January deal.

Bayer chiefs are keen to bring in Coufal in January rather than wait to sign him for nothing in June.
