Andrea Barzagli is leaving Juventus.

The former defender has decided to walk away from his coaching position after the sacking of Maurizio Sarri.

Having hung up his boots last year, Barzagli agreed to join Sarri's backroom team for last season.

But with Sarri being replaced by Andrea Pirlo on Saturday, Barzagli has decided to also step away, reports Tuttosport.

Barzagli has decided to take time away from the game.
