Chelsea defeated New England Revolution 3-0 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts on Wednesday night.
The two clubs raised an estimated $4 million for organisations fighting anti-Semitism and discrimination across the world.
Ross Barkley opened the scoring after 3 minutes for the visitors after he capitalised on a poor clearance inside the box.
Olivier Giroud made it two before half-time and Barkley rounded out the victory with another goal on the 62nd minute mark.
The win was overshadowed by an injury to substitute Ruben Loftus-Cheek in the second-half. He is now in doubt for the Europa League final against Arsenal in Baku on May 29.
