Barcelona vice-president Jordi Mestre says their buying isn't over this month.
Barca welcomed the arrival of Yerry Mina from Palmeiras last week, with Philippe Coutinho having also joined from Liverpool.
However, Mestre says the door is open for more additions.
"The technical secretariat is always attentive to the market and it works both ways. We do it with discretion and if there is any movement, we will communicate it," said Mestre.
Arda Turan has left Barca, with Javier Mascherano, Rafinha and Gerard Deulofeu also expected to depart.
