Superdeporte says Barcelona scouts have travelled to Brazil to witness the young international in action.

Douglas Santos has become well known in the last few months after his good form led to a call up by the recently sacked national team manager Dunga.

Despite not making any contribution at the Copa America, his international status has returned the player to the European transfer market.
