Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani admitted yesterday that they'd held a conference call with Barca on Saturday, though negotiations ended without agreement.

Corriere della Sera says Barca are demanding £35 million for Ronaldinho - which is over double the £15 million Galliani has tabled as an opening round offer.

For his part, Ronie's agent and brother, Roberto de Assis, said: "There's no concern. We're not in any rush."
