Barcelona striker Ferran Torres hopes they can sign Robert Lewandowski.

The Bayern Munich centre-forward is a top summer target for Barca.

Torres told AS: "Obviously I would love to play with him, we all know the player who is the goals he has scored in recent seasons, we already know that he wants to come to Barcelona and we will see if they reach an agreement with Bayern."

Asked about Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo, he also said: “Well, these are market rumours, obviously Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best players in history and we'll see what happens."

Valencia midfielder and Spain teammate Carlos Soler is also being linked with Barca.

Torres said: “I haven't talked to him about his possible signing. It is true that his contract ends next year and hopefully he can help Valencia as much as possible because I know that it is also his home for him. Let's see what happens, but of course I would like to play with him. He is a top player, he is very good and he is also seeing himself with the national team and he is qualified to play for Barcelona."
