Barcelona president Sandro Rosell intends to kickoff 2011 with a relaunch of plans to bring Cesc Fabregas back to the club. El Mundo Deportivo says Barca have kept the No4 clear in anticipation of Cesc's return from Arsenal for the coming summer.
Rosell will do everything he can - without risking the finances of the club - to deliver Cesc to Barca fans in 2011.
Barca sports director Andoni Zubizarreta, while welcoming Ibrahim Afellay this week, admitted: "The Cesc situation is something we will discuss in the coming months."
The media pressure from Spain will only increase next month as Barca's looming clash with Arsenal in the Champions League counts down.
