Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has confirmed the appointment of new sports director Ariedo Braida.
Bartomeu was speaking after victory over Villarreal.
"He's a signing for Barca not Bartomeu. Tomorrow the signing of the contract will occur," said Bartomeu.
"I'm very confident he will form a good team with Carles Rexach. Those two and Jordi Mestre and Javier Bordas form a good commission.
"They will have to prepare the team for next season, cancellations, renewals, players who are interested ... The grassroots has been defined with Jordi Roura and now is also the first team.
"The club cannot register, but we can sign, but looking first at home."
