Chelsea striker Diego Costa is a target for Barcelona.

The Independent says Barcelona will attempt to capitalise on the player's relationship breakdown with the Stamford Bridge hierarchy and swoop for him in the summer.

The all-action forward is seen as a possible long-term replacement for former Liverpool hero Luis Suarez who turns 30 on January 24.

And word from the Nou Camp has reached Costa's people that a deal could be done.
