Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho has secured an EU passport.

The Brazil international, who's wife is Portuguese, has now been taken off Barca's non-EU list, says Sport.

After signing Arthur from Gremio, the development means Yerry Mina could yet stay a part of the squad.

The Colombia defender was expected to be offloaded due to EU restrictions, but Coutinho's move has opened the door to him staying.
