Barcelona legend Luis Suarez is full of praise of his Uruguayan namesake.

Barca striker Suarez is off the mark after scoring in the Champions League this week.

Luis Suarez said of the former Liverpool striker: "He is a very important player for the team because aside from scoring plenty of goals, he is a winner with character.

"With that name he can't fail."

"He has always scored goals and he won't stop because he is in his prime."
