Barcelona drop out of battle for Man Utd target Marco Reus

Barcelona have dropped out of the race for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus. The Germany international is a target for Manchester United, Real Madrid and Arsenal, but Barca have pulled out of the battle.

El Mundo Deportivo says Barca scouts have delivered sports director Andoni Zubizarreta glowing reports on Reus this season. But Barca have concerns over his injury record and believe his fitness is not worth the gamble.

Reus attracted a failed bid from United in January and the Premier League crisis club are expected to try again this summer.
