Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo insists Sunday's El Clasico against Real Madrid will not be decisive.
If Barça win, they will have a 12-point advantage over Real Madrid, but Araujo believes that "they will not be doomed, because there will be many games left, but it would be very important to be able to win".
In the last El Clasico, Araujo was played on the wing against Vinicius Jr.
"I also think that I will have to play on the wing, but I still don't know what the coach will decide," he said. "Every game is a story, so far it went well, but there are many duels ahead in our careers."
When he is reminded that Barça have only conceded eight goals in the LaLiga, Araujo also said, "The work pays off, it was something that had to be corrected from previous seasons.
"There are games that we should close quicker, it is something to improve."
