Barcelona coach Xavi is delighted with Robert Lewandowski's current form.

Xavi says the Pole can be good for Vitor Roque, who has struggled for action since his January arrival.

He stated: "Starting from the basis that Robert is a natural leader, that he has always helped us and that he always works. He is in great shape.

"The other day he had one of his best games at Barça. He is physically well and for us he is vital."

On Roque, he said: "I think they get along very well. Robert is to come and offload and Vitor can go into space and benefits from Lewandowski's movements. They get along well in the locker room.

"This week we trained with him on the wing and as a nine. He is doing very well, he has a great capacity for adaptation. Every time he has left he has contributed important things to the team. He has contributed goals, assists. The other day he caused an expulsion."
