Barcelona coach Guardiola delighted with matchwinner Pedro

Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola was delighted with Pedro after he struck the winner in yesterday's 1-0 victory over Almeria.

"He's young, has much room for improvement. And now he's scoring goals. Gradually he'll be playing minutes and must continue to grow," said Guardiola.

"Pedro helps us a lot, has a sense for goal and has scored a nice goal."

Guardiola was also pleased to see Andres Iniesta get through his first 90 minutes of the season.

"He said he was very happy and I was happy to have played him in midfield. He was good," added the coach.
