Barcelona football chief Raul Sanllehi is in London today.El Mundo Deportivo says Sanllehi is in London with agent Giuliano Bertolucci to open talks for Chelsea defender David Luiz.
Luiz is on Bertolucci's books and Sanllehi hopes to convince him about moving to Spain this month.
If he gains approval, Sanllehi will immediately head for Chelsea to open negotiations over a fee for the Brazil international.
