Barcelona football chief Robert Fernandez says they'll be active in the January market.

Barca will be clear to buy again in the New Year after being banned from the summer market by FIFA.

Fernandez said: "We are looking at many things. We have an obligation to do so and have the time to do it. The possibility of signings do exist.

"The winter is not an easy market and it is important to know what we'll do.

"If you really want a player, you do not need much time to reach agreement."

On Celta Vigo attacker Nolito, he adds: "He asked to be left alone and that's what we'll do."
