Barcelona B could be back in the Segunda Division THIS season.

Marca says Barca Josep Maria Bartomeu is willing to pay for Barça B to return to play in Spain's second division.

Elche have until 31st July to pay their debts to 33 players. It amounts to €7.2 million gross.

Racing, Recreativo and Sabadell are ahead of Barcelona in the pecking order, but none of the clubs seem able to afford the €7.2 million. If Elche cannot pay, it is likely to mean that the opportunity would fall to the Barça reserve team.
