Julio Baptista has hit out at Roma coach Claudio Ranieri.
The 28-year-old Brazilian only started a handful of games at the Olimpico last season and is expected to be sold this summer.
"I don't know if I will stay at Roma," he said. "I did very well in my first year and scored several goals.
"Then a new Coach came in who had a new philosophy of play and he didn't consider me adapted to his system.
"It's something that often happens in the European Leagues.
"But all this takes nothing away from the work that I have done, as demonstrated by the fact that I am here playing in a World Cup and working to have a chance of being on the pitch."
