Julio Baptista's agent insists he wants to stay with Roma.

"Julio wants to remain with Roma. His contract expires in three years and he wants to respect that," Herminio Menendez told Romanew.eu.

"He is getting on well with his Coach and team-mates."

Asked about interest from Besiktas and Panathinaikos, Menendez replied: "A player like Julio who plays for a major club like the Giallorossi cannot accept a move to these clubs."
