Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli faces another eight weeks on the sidelines.
Every time the Italian attempts to train in his comeback from knee surgery last month, he breaks down, says the Daily Star Sunday.
His right knee swells up, fluid has to be drained off and it's now estimated he'll be out for another six to eight weeks.
The former Inter Milan forward, 20, was one of manager Roberto Mancini's flagship signings in the summer.
But he injured his knee in his only appearance so far for the club - in the Europa League against FC Timisoara, when he came on as a substitute and scored the winner.
But he has still to make an appearance in the Premier League and could now be struggling to do so before Christmas.
